Resolve Gen 4 and Gen 4 Mini Flashing Red
- Try a different USB-C cable. Click here to purchase a new cable: ShotKam accessories.
- Perform this at-home Battery Test to check the battery health.
- For the Battery Test, fully charge your ShotKam (at least 3 hours or overnight) if it remains on for:
- 90 minutes for Gen 4
- 45 minutes for Gen 4 Mini
If your ShotKam dies before these times, please email support@shotkam.com.
