Flashing red

Find out why your ShotKam flashes red after charging. Learn what the red LED indicator means and how to resolve any related issues.

Resolve Gen 4 and Gen 4 Mini Flashing Red

  1. Try a different USB-C cable. Click here to purchase a new cable: ShotKam accessories
  2. Perform this at-home Battery Test to check the battery health. 
  3. For the Battery Test, fully charge your ShotKam (at least 3 hours or overnight) if it remains on for:
    • 90 minutes for Gen 4
    • 45 minutes for Gen 4 Mini
