Flashing red after charging

If your Gen 4 is still flashing red after being on charge:

  1. Try a different USB-C cable. Click here to purchase a new cable: ShotKam accessories
  2. Perform this at-home Battery Test to check the battery health. 
  3. If the ShotKam stays on for 90 minutes during the Battery Test, be sure to charge your ShotKam fully (at least 3 hours or overnight). 

If your Gen 4 dies before 90 minute during the Battery Test, please email support@shotkam.com
