If you plug your camera into the computer and do not see a red LED, then perform a Hard reset. If you do see the red LED at the back of the camera but cannot locate the device, then we recommend disconnecting your ShotKam and using a different USB port. The problem is typically caused by not safely ejecting the camera before unplugging, so you may need to plug it into a different computer (ideally Windows PC), then Safely eject your ShotKam.
Once your computer recognizes the ShotKam, you may use any of your USB ports without issue. Please refer to How to play videos on Windows PC or How to play videos on Mac for a list of compatible computers.
