Flashing red and yellow LED while charging

If your ShotKam shows a flashing red LED for about 30 seconds, then changes to flashing red + yellow, this means the unit is processing the charge.

If the battery was fully drained (especially while in Constant Record Mode), the charging port may need to reset. This is normal and not a problem.

What To Do

1. Leave it charging while it is flashing red + yellow.
   After about 5 minutes, it should switch to flashing red only, which indicates normal charging.

2. Allow it to charge for at least 3 hours (or overnight if fully drained).

If It Does Not Switch to Red Only

• Try a different USB-C cable

• Try a different wall adapter or computer USB port
