"Error" message when exporting videos to my device

If you are seeing an error message when exporting Gen 4 videos to your mobile device:


For iPhone

  1. Open the Settings icon on your phone (gear icon)
  2. Scroll down to your list of installed apps, then tap on the ShotKam App
  3. Ensure that the app has all permissions toggled ON, then access to "All Photos". 
    Example on iPhone: 

If all app permissions are correct, try connecting your ShotKam to a different compatible mobile device (review Compatible Devices). 

Still seeing an error message? 

Please perform a Factory Reset on your ShotKam to restore the default WiFi settings: Factory Reset Instructions Here

  • When I first got the Shotcam I was able to watch my videos ( I have less than 20 ), now I only get an error message when trying to open them .
