Fix Gen 3 Not Turning On or Charging 

  1. Try rebooting your Gen 3.
  2. If your ShotKam is still not turning on or charging, try replacing the USB cable. Purchase a new USB cable here: ShotKam accessories
  3. If your Gen 3 is not turning on with a new cable, please email Support@ShotKam.com for further troubleshooting.
