Please note:

  • Original shipping charges (e.g., priority or expedited shipping fees) are non-refundable.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

*Exclusions to the Money Back Guarantee

Your Money-Back Guarantee is void if:

  • The unit has been disassembled (e.g., front lens or rear lock ring is removed).
  • The unit has been altered, repaired, or modified.
  • The unit has sustained water damage from submersion, exposure due to removal of the rear cap, or similar events.
  • The unit has been damaged or destroyed due to accidents or intentional, reckless, or negligent acts.
  • Not all parts and accessories from the original purchase are returned.
  • Items are lost or stolen.

Additionally, any shipments refused during the delivery process and returned to sender will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty Disclaimer on Delivered Packages

We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages once FedEx confirms delivery to the shipping address provided during purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is secure to avoid any issues.
