Returning for refund

If you are not 100% satisfied with your ShotKam within 30-days of delivery, then feel free to email for a return authorization. Please include the following in your email:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Reason for refund and how we can improve.

We will email you back within 1 business day with a Return Authorization Form and the address for our Refund Center in Florida, USA.
