Safely ejecting ShotKam

Learn how to safely eject your ShotKam from Windows PC and Mac. Follow step-by-step instructions to ensure safe disconnection from your computer.

For Windows PC users:

1. Open File Explorer on your computer. The icon looks like a manila folder. 
2. Scroll until you see the "ShotKam" device. 
3. Right-click on "ShotKam" and select "Eject" from the drop-down list. 

You can now safely unplug the ShotKam from your computer. 

For Mac users: 

1. Open Finder on your computer. The icon has a smiling face. 
2. Locate "ShotKam" under devices. 
3. Click the small arrow icon directly to the right of "ShotKam." 

You can now safely unplug the ShotKam from your computer.
