Deleting multiple videos using mobile app

Learn how to delete old ShotKam videos from your mobile device using the ShotKam app. Follow steps for single or bulk deletion to free up space.

Delete old ShotKam videos from your mobile device

  1. Connect to ShotKam's Wi-Fi and open the ShotKam mobile app.

  2. Access Your Videos: Choose "Watch Videos" to view your recordings, which are sorted by date and time.

  3. Select a Video: Pick the video you want to delete, then pause it by tapping on the video screen.

  4. Delete Video: Tap the three dots menu in the upper right corner and choose "Delete."

  5. Bulk Deletion (Optional): If needed, delete up to 5 videos at once from the gallery page by selecting the checkmark icon in the upper right corner and then tapping "Delete."

Deleting videos permanently removes them from the memory card, freeing up space. Note that ShotKam can store up to 3,000 videos (or 2,000 videos for 3rd Gen).

    Thank you for the information on erasing videos.

    Do I need to keep an eye on the amount of memory available on the camera? Do I have to erase videos in order to be sure there is free space on the ShotKam for new videos?
