Due to impacts at FedEx, UK orders placed in August and September 2025 are experiencing shipping delays. This is not isolated to ShotKam orders, but affects all shipments traveling from the U.S. to the UK.
Why are there delays?
FedEx's Indianapolis hub and Memphis hub are currently processing an unusually high volume of international parcels. As a result, UK-bound shipments are taking longer than expected to clear through their network.
When will my package arrive?
Your order is still in transit and will arrive soon. If the tracking shows that your order has not moved or received new scans, please know this is normal during the delay.
Tracking may not update as frequently, but your package is still moving through FedEx’s system.
Monitoring your order
We are actively monitoring the situation with FedEx and tracking all affected shipments to ensure your delivery reaches you as soon as possible.
