Rattling or Loose Sound

If you hear a rattling sound or something that seems loose inside your ShotKam, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check the control button: Press and hold the control button on the back of the ShotKam, then gently shake the camera. If the rattling stops while the button is held down, the sound is likely from normal movement of the control button.
2. Check the front cap: Make sure the front cap surrounding the lens is securely tightened. Do not loosen or remove the front cap. If it feels even slightly loose or has any movement, carefully tighten it until it is secure.
