Learn how to watch ShotKam videos on your TV. Follow steps for connecting via computer with HDMI or using AirPlay/screen mirroring from a mobile device.
Watch Videos on TV
Use these two options:
- Computer to TV: Using the provided USB cable, plug the ShotKam into your computer. Next, plug the laptop into the TV using an HDMI cord. The videos can go from the ShotKam to the laptop via USB, then from the laptop to the TV via HDMI cord, as long as the ShotKam is not directly plugged into the TV.
- Mobile device to AirPlay or Screen Mirroring: Download the ShotKam videos wirelessly to your mobile device using the "Download & Save to Device" option in the app. Next, play the videos from your Gallery/Photos app, then use the "screen mirroring" option to display the videos on the Smart TV.
The ShotKam's WiFi cannot connect to a TV. The ShotKam WiFi is only for a mobile device. Do not plug the ShotKam directly into a Smart TV. If you connect an HDMI cable to the camera's USB port, it will harm the printed circuit board with too high of voltage.
